Pet Sitting Visits (All Critter Care)

Reptiles [ according to Animal Control and Licencing Bylaw No. 6908-2012], amphibians, rodents, birds, fish, hobby farm animals, horses, dogs, cats.

Free initial consultation – 30-45 minute drop in visit (collect key, meet pet(s), fill out pet and client forms (available for download on our website), and provide references and credentials)

Standard 30-minute Pet-Sit Visit – $22.50 (for 3 pets and under). Provide food and fresh water in clean bowls, poop-scoop litter boxes, playing – exercising, basic grooming (brushing), medicating (oral and topical), water indoor plants, adjust lighting, collect mail, and place garbage and recycle out on scheduled days.

During this visit, fees are based on the number and type of pets and the number of visits per day. We also offer customized visits involving difficult or time-consuming services (e.g. changing and cleaning hummingbird feeders) for an additional fee of $5.00 for every extra 15-minutes, up to an extra 30-minutes.

Professional Dog Walking

Private 30-minute walk – $20.00 – all walks are done on leash and are for the full 30, 45 or 60-minutes. After the dog is walked, we can clean, check and dry paws, provide fresh water, give treats or a feeding (if requested), and basic grooming.

Private 45-minute walk – $25.00

Private 60-minute walk – $30.00

Group Dog walks – $25 an hour.

Off-leash or Dog Park Option – Contact us to arrange a custom-made experience for your canine(s).

Puppy Care Services

$15.00 and up – 2 dog walking visits + optional mid-day visit (pee break) – socializing, puppy walks and play. Interaction with puppies and adult dogs is based on using positive based reinforcement interaction.

Equine Care

Services can include:

  • Cleaning stalls and paddocks and providing fresh bedding
  • Grooming
  • Fresh water and feed (hay, grain and treats if applicable)
  • Cleaning/checking hooves and a visual/physical inspection of each horse.
  • Removing or putting on blankets
  • Turning horses out
  • Medicating

$20.00 (involving short visits such as feeding, watering, blanketing, and bringing in or letting horses out from paddocks – approximately ½ hour)

$30.00 – $40.00 (involving longer visits that require such tasks as mucking out stalls and paddocks, grooming and medicating – approximately 60-90 minutes)

We have the skills to accommodate and meet your requirements, and are capable, flexible, and wish to make your animals as happy, safe, comfortable, and content as possible. We leave you with a peace of mind, and your beloved animals with a clean, comfy and relaxed home environment.

Pet Taxi

$40.00/hour (1 hour minimum) – includes the transportation, mileage/fuel, and travel time to a veterinarian clinic or groomer’s.

$20.00 for each additional 30-minutes

Pet food pick-up and delivery, or transportation to a dog park or off-leash areas (Please contact us for a customized free consultation visit – based on travel time and mileage).


Key will be collected during the consultation visit. Keys are NOT coded with identifiers linked to property addresses and are kept in a locked key box.

When keys are provided at the initial visit and kept on file there are no future charges. Otherwise fees are:

Key Pick up or Drop off – $10.00 fee

Mail Key – $5.00

** We carry pet and equine first aid supplies in our vehicle at all times, and we are certified in pet-first aid and equine emergency first-aid, professional dog walking (Dr. Rebecca Ledger – Animal Behaviourist/ Animal Welfare Scientist), and professional pet-sitting (Dr. Jeff Grognet – Veterinarian).

** For long term vacation pet services, please call 7 days prior to your departure, so that we can arrange a free meet and greet consultation and key exchange.

**We only accept cheques, post-dated to the first day of service

Please note: There is a surcharge for all Statutory Holidays at a rate of time-and-a-half on top of the normal rate for all pet services.
